S.P. Miskowski is a recipient of two National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships (one for short fiction and one for drama) and a Swarthout Prize. Her second novel, I Wish I Was Like You, was named This Is Horror Novel of the Year. The book also received a Charles Dexter Award for Favorite Novel of 2017 from Strange Aeons Magazine, and was a finalist for a Bram Stoker Award®. Her books have received three Shirley Jackson Award nominations.
